Mystery Parts
As the spooge swirled, I sorted my parts collection. And sorted, and sorted. In addition to finding parts I could identify, I found many parts, brackets, specialty fasteners that I could not place at all,
Item 1
- Bracket that holds the spring for the heater thermostat in the engine bay.
- added-on return spring for car or heater
Item 2
- Seat belt support bracket
- Alignment shim from some other application being used for god-knows-what
- steering rack mount shim
- Saab 96 front wishbone shim
- locking brake for hand brake cable

- This appears to be a bracket to mount a single pull cable- like a choke.

- Backing plate for pushbutton door lock, S1, S2 Glued to door ***** (not documented, must have been delivered with body)

- Rusty steel disc, no earthly purpose whatsoever.
